Everyone is extremely polite in this office. I had to change my appointment for a cleaning 2 times, and no one got mad . They were courteous and accommodating and totally understanding!!!! My hygienist, Trevor made my cleaning a very pleasant experience ! He explains everything and let’s you know when you’re almost finished! He also distracts you with interesting and personal conversation , so the time passes quickly! He was thorough and professional. Dr Birmingham is the same way ... polite, personable and explains what is best and most sensible for your mouth AND your budget! I respect him so much for this. Best of all, it’s always a pain free experience! Yay!!! Smile!!!!

I had a great experience in establishing care. Setting up my initial appointment to leaving the office after my first experience. Trevor, is friendly and efficient, as a dental hygienist. Dr. Gagliano is friendly and clear.

Accepts Medicare, and their service is still as good as any dentist office! Super friendly and informative!

Best staff and Dentist ever! I have a child who has a really hard time(hes 17 and 6'2) the have made going to the denist easy for him. The answer all my questions, they accomadate my crazy work schedule and everyone is super nice.

Best dental office in Anchorage 10/10 would and do often recommend for even just cleanings. They are really good at listening and taking your concerns and making an amazing experience. Turned my fear of dentists and oral hygienists into a pleasant experience to look forward to. Never fear the dentist again.

Good Customer Service! When walking in, you wont have to wait long to get seen and fix what is bothering your teeth! Highly reccomend!

I am so happy with my service at Alcan! It definitely starts with the ladies up front, Kristy and Angelica are always sweet and so welcoming! I used to hate coming but Angelica was so ensuring there was nothing to worry about… also the staff and dentist make a huge difference too when you don’t feel judged not loving your smile.

This place is freaking AMAIZING. The front of the house is so much fun and great personalities. I have been thru many dental places and they are not as great as Alcan. Me comin to Dr. Coplin is the best decisions that's taken over this practice!!😘

I have been coming to Alcan dental for almost 20 years and even though I moved to Savannah Ga, I stayed with Alcan dental for my dental work. The ladies in the front desk are superb and the whole team is basically excellent. They are responsive to all my needs and they go above and beyond to make sure my concerns are resolved.

My family and I are so thrilled to have found Alcan dental for our families dental needs! This office immediately made us feel like family and treated us as such! I would recommend this office to anyone who needs dental care! The office manager Angelica was more then accommodating and a sweetheart towards any questions we had. Danielle the dental assistant was amazing and treated us again like family!

I went in on a Saturday for a dental emergency. The wait time for a walk in wasn't too long and the staff was great. They were very tentative while I was waiting and Felix specifically was great. He was extremely polite and informative. Dr. Sean was great. My visit was short and sweet. The room was kind of small I was afraid to move too much but the staff was great and I felt right at home. If they were in my preferred provider network I would definitely switch to them.

Came in today for my whitening and I had a very good experience Triton was very sweet.

Had a great first experience at Alcan Dental! Angelica and Kathy were super helpful and helped me find the best dental plan for me and were super personable. Savannah was super awesome and made me feel right at home. Dr B was super knowledgeable and made sure all my questions were answered. My teeth cleaning was the most pleasant cleaning I have ever had, thanks Trevor! I thought I would never say this about dental work but I actually had a great experience all around and am looking forward to going back. 10/10 would recommend!!

Love this dental place they alway care of their client. Doctor Birmingham is really great with his client and he funny doctor too always making jokes!

Alcan dental group is great! They got me in same day for an extraction. All of th staff was super helpful and kind. My assistant Sharon and Angelica at the front were great.

Awesome staff. I broke a tooth on a Thursday afternoon. Called Alcan Dental Group. They were able to see me the next morning. Due to some technical problems the Lab that was going to fix my tooth did not pick it up from them. They were able to do a temporary fix so that I wouldn't have to go the weekend with a broken tooth. I just don't fit the part. I like a nice smile. Thank you to all the staff. Back to smiling again.
